The girl that checked us in was the absolute SWEETEST!!
Staff was excellent. However, the room was horrible. No AC/ heat for the entire first night along with no TV. It was an awful night after being totally exhausted from a long day.

The kitchen set up was OK except nothing was included. We had to go to the front desk to get plates, knives, forks, etc. We felt the area was probably not very safe.

The Oarking lot was scary! Verydark and felt unsafe, especially if you're a female!! Need more lighting. The Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. For example the Fridge was rusty and hard to open.. The bright side was the young man working at the reception desk! Very patient and cordial! Kudos to him..

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, kitchen area outdated and in disrepair, refrigerator making a loud knocking noise, beds were uncomfortable, front staff upon check in was visiting in lobby with family member who was swearing on the phone, parking was behind building in a dimly lit parking garage, I did not feel safe with my 2 teenagers, breakfast was pre wrapped muffins and cereal bars, definitely not worth the price I paid for one night! I will not be back!!

We found a cockroach in our room . I’ll never be staying here again . No breakfast just coffee and it was done by 9:30
