I didn’t like the parking was soooo congested. My key card kept getting deactivated after the third time the staff finally said if you put it next to your phone or credit cards it would deactivate, which I felt like is something you should say when checking in. We had to continually ask for towels bc they only gave you sets of two and they don’t clean the room if you leave for the day. The bed covers were THIN as ever and the water wouldn’t get hot. I like they had a kitchen but they had no cups or glasses to use in the kitchen
