The staff was friendly. They were very quick to remove breakfast and didn't offer coffee beyond 9:30am. Dishes (including coffee pots and toasters) by request. Strict on timing - no early check-in without paying (after 2pm, ok....1:30 = $20). For an extended stay it was plain and basic, but it was clean enough and served its purpose. I expected a bit more for the price (and have received it at extended stays in other areas), but all in all there is nothing major to complain about.

Great front desk staff. Thanks for letting us check in a little early. Extended stay place so there really is no breakfast provided, only tea, coffee, small muffins, granola bars. Luggage cart is half broken and a safety issue. Garage elevator inop for construction. Room was ok but not very clean. Again, Front Desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Sis not appreciate missing drain stopper and loose hardware in tub. Otherwise no complaints.

elmsford ny review Great night sleep. Very nice hotel. I do wish they had the option of a king size bed which they didn't. However it was still a comfortable nice room

Front desk was pleasant enough. Parking area is a little isolated traveling for someone traveling alone. The room was clean and comfortable.
