It wasn't bad just wasn't aware there wasn't a ice machine

Average accommodations for a low rate Selected this facility based on proximity to the White Plains train station and cost. The directions link from the Hotels.com app did not lead me to the proper destination the hotel was actually about a mile or so further down the road. Free parking was available in the garage, we arrived very late and only parking was on the top level. The elevator was not working and we had to walk down the parking garage ramps to return to the hotel. No one at check in relayed this information. The ro... read more

Good location Property is not well maintained. Questionable looking guests and characters in and around Hotel. Engineer clueless.
