Was ok, found trash behind the night stands, no trash can, and hallways plus room smelt off

It smells bad, bathroom mirror cracked, towel rack broken, bugs. It’s gross! Front desk staff on the other hand were friendly and helpful.

Can’t beat the price, BUT….. Front desk people were extremely nice. The hotel looks good from the outside and in the lobby. Staring at the hallway entry door to all the room doors everything is worn and dirty. Everything needs fresh paint. The room reeked of smoke. It was late and we were too tired to change rooms and figured it was possible they all were like that. I did notify the front desk because I didn’t want to be charged the $250 smoking penalty. Concerned with my stay. The desk attendant was kind. My room was clean enough. The exterior looks nice but the stairwells and hallways and public spaces inside were concerning. I felt a little concerned for my safety as a solo traveler. There was a hole punched or made in my bathroom door that was not fixed and just felt unprofessional and unsafe.

It very clean and equipment didn't work staff unprofessional just wasn't a good time gave me a off feeling the whole time

We stayed here overnight and I will not be coming back.The bathroom had no hand soap, when I opened the fridge it had smeared ketchup on the bottom, the floors had what looked to be blood on the carpets. The room did not seem like it was cleaned very well when we got there. When we first checked in the floor above us had kids stomping around and that lasted until we left.
