Had to call staff number to get someone to get our room key.

A lot of wear and tear. Carpets in hall and room dirty and stained.

Property and room in no so good condition, hallways and room had a strange scent.

Not great at all This hotel needs help. The beds were so firm it was like laying on the floor. The room was dirty, clothes left in the dresser, dead cockroach smashed to the wall in the bathroom, and stains all over the carpets. The second floor, where we stayed, smelled of smoke everywhere.

It was OK but the pics online are stock photos. Makes it look much nicer.

staff was rude didn't know what they were doing took 40 min to check in because she couldn't figure it out, no handicap rooms & no rooms with 2 beds had to sleep on couch!!!
