We find cockroaches at the room and the front desk asks me if was only one I said not and then does have more rooms he supposed to be returned my money I check my account today and I Cherie double money do something please I call them but no one answered the phone
There was trash in our room when we arrived, room smelled of wet dog. Not a clean place at all. Breakfast is only a coffee bar with some granola bars. Front desk woman was very friendly and tried to be accomodating, but I wouldn't stay here again.

There was an awful oder in the room. Had to light candles and put the windows up to let fresh air in. Need's to go thru and deep clean everything. Or new housekeeping.

We received a great rate for our overnight stay but you get what you pay for. The entire facility, from the lobby to the room, was dirty. The carpet in the room was stained horribly, the bathroom floor was sticky and the whole place just felt grimy.

we got to the room and we couldn't even stay and i love extended stay...but i booked my room early n still couldnt stay ...i was so upset
