Perfectly acceptable hotel Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the wi-fi and AC both worked. Not sure why all the negativity around this hotel - it's perfectly acceptable, just a little worn around the edges. If you read the fine print, you won't be surprised by the fact that there's no room cleaning if you're staying under a week (you can ask for extra linens at the desk, if needed) and that breakfast is grab-and-go. Extended Stay America The room was clean and had plenty of towels, toilet paper and washcloths. However, the coffee wasn't refilled for breakfast in the morning so I only got a tiny bit in a cup on my second morning there. We were also denied a request for another pillow since we were told that they did not have any more to give out. The bed had come with three pillows, and they were so thin that you needed two to sleep comfortably. Other than the lack of pillows and coffee, the stay was relaxing and comfortable.

My room was very quiet, I appreciated that. I really enjoyed the recliner in the room. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water! This was my first time here, and yes, I would stay here again. I did kill 3 roaches and 3-4 other little black bugs. I know it’s the south, but this aspect of the property was a bummer!

No parking for a large vehicle and tv was broken. No pull up for lobby check in. People loitering in groups drinking in parking lot. Generally felt unsafe.
