Very helpful. In my range of pricing and space I'm looking for. I seen they have metal spikes on the gates. Made me feel very secure on renting a storage space here.

The manager is very accessible. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, very transparent and helps you out in any way he can. We had our door stuck and it would not open. He came to our rescue! Without hesitantation he rolled under & assisted in moving our boxes that were blocking. In minutes he was our hero. It was amazing since it was so jammed pack but he did it with confidence. He came out dirty and with dust all over but still has a smile on his face.
I have been using storage facilities but Estra Space is really very different from others. From very friendly but cautious staffs to clean environment. I'm impressed. Thank you and keep the good services going.

Many people's comments are not fair. I stored my stuffs there for a year. Every time I went, staffs are super helpful and nice. They are also responsive and will try what they can to help you out or do you favors. I stored with Extra space at Boston as well. Same quality of service. Just want to give the staffs kudos.

Great! I stored a car in a storage unit and I did not know that I needed to disconnect the battery before storing. I returned several months later to a dead battery. The gentleman at Extra Space Storage helped me jump my car and get it out of the storage unit! Excellent above and beyond service - and thank you!

Staff is very attentive. Over priced and they go up 3 or more times a year. Short term use and get out. Clean units, good security cameras.

I bought the unit back in November and in January couple days before my birthday my unit was broken into. This was the first time I ever bought a unit and has no idea that break ins are more often than expected. The customer service was a 10/10 for me from Darren. He was so helpful when I learned my unit got broken into and just relayed any info he could in order for me to file my police report. I thankfully had insurance on the unit.
