My customer service representative checked in with me, she was pretty awesome. Whenever I filed a claim she sent me back emails immediately to tell me that someone had been dispatched. She also checked in with me to make sure that the contractor had been out to my place. I used the warranty for my HVAC system once. They didn't have a provider in my area, so they told me to use whoever I preferred. I called a guy that I knew would do a good job and afterwards Landmark reimbursed me. They've been great to work with and their response time has been very good. We've had to use the service for our garbage disposal as well as our heater. For both occasions they got a technician out here as soon as possible. On an occasion something happened over the weekend, but they made sure that we had a technician there regardless.
We got it because we had a home deal when we purchased the home. They have been very professional and always find someone to fix the problem immediately. It's very easy to work with them.
The couple of times that I've had to call them they have been very responsive. We've used their service to re-key some locks and also for some plumbing issues we were having. On both occasions they scheduled it for us, their people showed up when they were supposed to, and they did their work. The warranty is fairly comprehensive for the money that was paid for it and we have been able to take advantage of it for our needs. It also gives us some peace of mind.
It's been a satisfactory service so far. Our refrigerator stopped working once, and Landmark had another company come over and fix it. The other company made an appointment with us, and we just paid a trade fee and the service was done. Afterwards, Landmark followed up with us to make sure they did everything correctly, so it's all been good.
Recently I had to use it and the company came out very quickly. There was a problem with the technician though, something to do with my property managers, so he was out there for 2 days. The problem was gone, but just for 7 hours. Landmark made sure to send a different person that solved the problem really quickly. They were very helpful and it has been very good so far.
