They have been very helpful, and the customer service people were really great and happy. There was a pantry in my house that was leaking because of my AC system, so I called them. They helped me find a local company that could resolve the problem easily.
We've only had to use the service 2 times and they came in pretty quickly. When it was the microwave I was upset with the service they gave me. While they did get the representative to come out, they were not able to fix the microwave. When it came to getting a replacement price they never considered that our microwave was built into the counter so we needed more hardware. The quote and check that they sent our way was off because of that. The replacement price value was not fair.
It's a pretty helpful customer support. I don't remember anything bad from them. I needed to get re-key service and I just called up, they scheduled the appointment, and that was it.
Whenever we call them they're always very friendly, easy to get a hold of, and are always very proactive in following up with you. On an occasion our oven unfortunately went out. On that occasion the subcontractor that they hired was sub par in the repair, but Landmark came through and they backed us up and the warranty. They are actually paying for a new oven for us. They cover what I need covered.
They have been excellent. I used their service recently because my air conditioning went out and they sent somebody. They had to replace the air handler but they did it within two days. Every time I've called for anything they've sent somebody right away, and I haven't had to wait. Everybody they've sent has been highly qualified as well.
The service came with the home. I've had to use the warranty twice already, one of them was for the dishwasher that I thought was messed up. It turned out to be that the garbage disposal had plugged the drain and they just came and got rid of the plug. The service has been pretty inexpensive as well.

I've only used it for routine maintenances on my A/C, and they've set up everything when They're supposed to, so everything has been alright. Their customer service is about average for home warranty companies.
