The service is awesome. My air-conditioner went out and I was sweating a lot, and they fixed it. Now I sleep cool and fully clothed or however I want to sleep. It's awesome, nice, and cool my my house. The air-conditioner runs softly at really cool temperatures, it's beautiful.
They have been good to work with through some of their contractors. A couple of weeks ago my fridge needed a repair and they were good about getting somebody out here. They okayed the parts that were needed to fix it real quick, but the contractor took forever to do it.
They were knowledgeable and nice. They also called to see how everything went.
My experience has been great. Towards the end of my first year with them, the water heater started to leak. I called home warranty and they contacted the plumber. I just took a picture of the leaks coming out of the side and the plumber came over right away with a new water heater. All I had to do was pay the deductible and it was all done within the same day. I'm happy with them.
They have always responded to all my requests fast. I've used the warranty for a leak we had in the bathroom as well as for some damage utility we had in the kitchen. On both occasions it was all resolved within a few days. I have been very satisfied.
They have been very responsive whenever I have requests, getting back to me and coming around to look at any problems I might have. I had something that needed to be fixed and within a couple of hours of putting a request, the plumber contacted me and came out to make the repair. There are some things that are not covered in the warranty though.
Sent me a now fired contractor for an ac repair. Contractor poured freon in which immediately leaked out. Cost over $350 for this one event and now paying for it all over again with another contractor with little end in sight. Otherwise the contractors have been fine.
Good customer service..all my service requests were taken care of very quickly.
They seem to be very efficient. Following up on requests and such. Wonderful customer service.
