Custumer Serv was fine at first and contract call about 3 hours later then contrac ask question over phone but never came see my dishwasher until they order parts and wait for Office approval all this on blind check up
The last experience I had with them was a good one, but the time before that wasn't. I had sledding underneath my house, and Landmark was not help whatsoever with that. I was not happy with that at all.
I've only used them one time and had no issues. We had some problems with our AC so we called them and they sent somebody out right away. They took care of it. It was pretty easy and straightforward. I'm goanna extend out my warranty when it expires.
So far it has been good, they've been responsive, and they follow through with everything. I've only called them twice, once to have a shower fixed in the bathroom. It wasn't working right, so I gave them a call. They have been reliable, efficient, and everything has happened quickly. I haven't had to wait much, which is the most important thing.
I've used them for my A/C and pest control, and the people that I've dealt with have been pretty good. Plus, They're the cheapest service around.
It is a good home warranty company. It has been really good, every-time I called they've bee very helpful and responsive. Just recently I needed to use my warranty on my AC for tune up and repair and they got someone out here within a day.
About a week before Christmas, our oven gave out, and they quickly brought us a brand-new oven before Christmas. They've been very responsive and very good. It's definitely been a very positive experience.
I had a water leak on a Saturday, and they had somebody there to repair it Tuesday morning. They're very quick to answer issues and dispatch technicians. They're also very professional, and I liked dealing with them.
So far, they've been awesome enough for me to renew it for a year. I just like that they're hassle free. The first time I used it, I had a water heater leak within a few months of me purchasing my home, so they sent someone out. Not only did they switch it, they also updated it. Just recently, about a month ago my AC went out, they sent somebody to fix it. Plus, they keep you informed throughout the entire process.
