It was part of my home when I purchased it. They've been very responsive and they always call back to or email me to make sure that I'm satisfied. I've had to use it several times and I've been very happy with the usage.
They are very good. I've only used them once to get the re-key service that they provide for members. They connected us with the company that does the re-keying, charged us a fee for the service, and that was that. It was easy to set up and it was a good experience. That's about the only time I have contacted them.
We had an air conditioning problem, and they fixed it. They have a quick response, and it appears that it covers quite a bit of the repairs that we need.
This company is better than other warranty companies out there. The reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes they are hard to reach due to their hours and closed on weekends. I have called during regular business hours to still have a voicemail greet me stating that they will call you back. All in all, they do provide good vendors for your repairs and it takes about 10-14 business days to receive a cash out if anything in your home fails that is covered. We had one issue in the house with a faucet that was leaking. We called in and they had people over here within 48 hours. They repaired the leaking faucet and got it all fixed. It was a really good experience.
They are always timely in responding to concerns and always follow up with a claim within minutes of the job being completed. If a service is not covered they offer suggestions that will save me money or that keep me as close to warranty coverage as possible, for example, recommending their contracted plumber in case they deem it something that can be covered.
We've only used the service once and we were very satisfied with it. It was on one of our appliances, our heater. It tripped and they solved that. They also checked both my heater and my air-conditioning unit. We're not exactly sure what's covered, we just called them because all of the kitchen appliances are not working properly. We'll find out truly how the service is after that, but as of now we're very satisfied with it.
They have always been very prompt. When I had a plumbing emergency they had somebody out here within 24 hours. I think I'm covered for what I might need.
Customer service is always pleasant, even if they don't know what they're talking about. We've been having several wacky issues lately. One of them was our garage door which wouldn't work and I couldn't get out of my garage. I had to pay $150 to have someone else come and let me out before they finally got somebody else out here that could repair it.
