It was very simple to file a service request. Not only that, they have support 24/7. This makes it nice in situations where something in your home might break down. It can happen any time of the day and to know you can call them immediately to get the process going is helpful. Really easy and smooth process.
Rekey service was excellent. Landmark was unable to locate pest control in my area although there are a number of companies to chose from in town. Promised to pay be $70 but recieved $60 instead - which covered less than half the cost to get my own pest control service.
Had a great experience with a electrician that came to fix the lights in my garage a few weeks ago.

They are really quick to process my claims. Most have been processed within an hour of me making the claim.
They have been very supportive and responsive. We had to have our home re-keyed and they were able to schedule a locksmith to come out and do it. We've also needed or air conditioner and pool pond repaired. They handled those repairs very quickly and professionally.
They have handled each service request with promptness and professionalism.
I've used them twice in the last couple of months and they were very efficient at contacting the service provider and getting out here quickly. We've had an air-conditioner and a garage door break, both of which are important to repair on a timely manner and they certainly did their best to have that done. With the garage door, the spring broke, and there was no way to get the door up. Within an hour of me speaking to them the service provider followed up, it was very timely.
The service is always excellent, and They're there 24 hours a day, so their representatives have been great.
