They've always taken care of our problems but sometimes it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get contractors to our home and have the repairs made.
One of our friends had a good experience and recommended it. It's been okay. Sometimes the companies that you're assigned are little slow to fetch service technicians or bring the parts in, which we are having trouble with sometimes. Landmark Home Warranty itself has been pretty prompt in receiving and trying to settle the service requests, though. Everything has been positive the whole way. The customer service representative and everybody I've spoken to has been great. They re-keyed all of my locks since I had just bought the house. The person they sent to do that did a fabulous job. Other than that, I haven't had to call them yet for anything else.
I needed to use the warranty recently, when my air conditioning unit ran out, and they had somebody call me within 2 hours; in Arizona, that's critical. I do have to say that it was initially very difficult to reach them, but they solved the problem. It's been very good.
The service was given to me, but so far I've had a good experience with customer service. A problem that recently came up was with the warranty. We had a couple of items in the house that needed repair but it turned out that some of those times were not covered. They change the conditions of the warranty year after year and some of the things that they covered last year are no longer covered. On top of that, the price keeps going up and I don't like that.
They were prompt in taking care of me when needed.
I've only used the service only once but it went pretty much flawlessly. The pressure of the shower in the master bathroom wasn't good so I contacted them. I did everything online, so I didn't have to talk to anybody, and I got what I needed. They contacted the plumber who then called me. He came out and fixed it. The only downside is that they send a ton of emails for all kinds of different stuff.
They've had very good customer support and have helped us resolve our issues. Once we had a leak in our sink disposal so we called them up. They were able to get us a new sink disposal system installed by a local person.
They are always quick responsive and friendly
