We've used them a couple of times, and they've called back each time, and followed up on everything that we've requested. Actually, they had somebody over the next morning when we needed our A/C to be fixed. They've just been really efficient and very good.
We've already used the service twice. One time was for the heater, and the other time with our garage door. Both were fixed pretty quickly, without a problem. So far, they've just been real good. Everybody at their customer support center is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to other people.
Their hold times are too long but they are thorough and do follow through. My dishwasher did not work two days after taking over the house and they sent someone out. That was a little delayed, but it was the weekend after the long Memorial weekend, so it was understandable. Besides that, everything went as planned; they fixed it within a couple of days.
Quick response to my a/c problem this past September.
Last time I used it was for a re-key for my house. The company they picked to do the job was really good and very professional. I have had good experiences with the partners that they work with. I think they are doing a great job, everything is perfect.
Extremely helpful, courteous and efficient.
Although I haven't had to use it yet, customer support has been great, and very informative.
