I have no complaints about them. I'm very happy with the service they provide.
It carried over from the previous owner of the house, we just continued the service. They are always very nice when getting us the names of the contractors. I'm satisfied with my experience with them.
The first time I got a hold of them it wasn't that great. I had to call them like 4 times to get my house re-keyed. The second time, when I had a leak in my home, it was all pretty well taken care of. My house had the pipes swinger leak, and I got a hold of them to get that fixed. They did that within a couple of days.
We got it because the offers it had and the coverage it provided. It has been great so far, we did a re-key that went fine.
Once received payoff instead of repair.
My neighbor, who is a realtor, suggested the service to me. So far the only thing I've had done was the garage door opener. It wasn't working, so we had a gentleman come out and he w as able to fix it in 15 minutes. It was great service.
Customer support has been fine, they always answer my questions every time I call. There have been two different situations that I called about and were not covered by the warranty. That was a little frustrating 'cause I just knew that they were covered. Other than that, they are very prompt in emails and calls.
I needed to use my warranty for my air-conditioning. It was recommended by a real estate agent, and my experience with their customer support was mostly good. It took a couple of times working it out, calling with them, but eventually we did it and they got the work done.
They've been great and have helped us get things done. We've had to make a couple of different claims in a year and they've been really good at helping us when we call. For instance, we had a garage door not working well in our home. We had to call them to get an appointment set up for someone to look at it and fix it. That was scheduled right away and a person came out right away and got it fixed in a day or two.
