The representatives always answer the phone very quickly, and they put me on hold for very long. They seem pretty knowledgeable as well, and they're just really thorough with their questions and feedback. I immediately get an email with the contractors that are going to come over, so it's really efficient. It was a really easy process. They were here the next day and fixed it. They've just ben awesome!
Every time I called or got a ticket dispatch it was done right and right away. I never have to wait more than literally a day to get someone. I've called to have my AC serviced, so I just went ahead and called as I normally do and it was taken care of in the same day. I called in the morning and the tech was there in the afternoon. It has been a good experience, and I'm happy even though I just moved into a new home. It's quick service, friendly staff, and they're very knowledgeable.

I use the warranty every yea. It's part of my air-conditioner tune up, and they've done well with taking their contractors that come out. I've also have appliances fixed and I have not had any issue with any of their contractors that they've chosen. I think what makes them even more reasonable is that their pricing is good. They've always taken care of any issue I had. I've never really had anything major that I needed to use them for. So far it has been tune ups for things like my air conditioner, but they have taken care of those things promptly. It's a pretty good warranty.
I haven't had no issues with them whatsoever. It's always been great and I have no complains about the support they've given me. I've contacted them online and they have been quick in helping right away.
I got them because of all the additional services they provide, especially things like pest control and lock and key changes. So far my experience with their customer service has been very positive. Anytime I call they're very responsive, and the providers they send are very good and come out to the address thhe issue promptly. We've had to use their services for air-conditioner and within a day we had the technician come out, check out the system, and get it fixed.
My husband chose the service, and they've been very good. I needed to have a shower head assembly thing repaired once. I think the valve was broken, and they responded really fast and got it fixed. All I had to do was pay the service charge. They are very cooperative and on top of things.
They've been very great and helpful with the electrical and stove issues that we've had.
