I had been a realtor for 7 years before purchasing my home, so I've used them before. Most of the time it's been good, but recently, there has been a little lack of communication on their part. I'm actually selling my house to new buyers, and I had an issue with the air unit, so I decided to call them. I was getting good responses and feedback, but not anymore.
They are on point, whenever I call them they help me with the best service. I used my warranty for an electrician. They charged me $60 and he was out here within 24 to 48 hours. The warranty does not cover some of the things that I think they should, at least as far as home warranty is concerned. Other than that, they are very customer service oriented and they make sure that your problems are solved one way or another.

They have done an excellent job. They're here on time, sometimes a little early, and do a great job. I've used the warranty for the washing machine and the water pump, and they were prompt and took care of the problem right away. They're right on the money and don't mess around, they get the job done.
It came with the house we bought, and they seemed to have the best value as far as the things they covered goes. Recently, we had our Pressure Reducing Valve stop working, so the pressure inside our house was very high. They got that taken care of and they did it really quickly. The only problem we had was with a judgment call that I made before they had even consented to the technician. It was a mistake, so they decided to figure it out over the phone.
They happened to be the very first deal for a home warranty that we ever got so we just went ahead with it. They have provided good service so far, though because of the timing of the service it takes a bit to get them out here. I'm hoping they find more contractors that can come right away.
We had it in our last house so we decided to continue. They helped when our hot water was going out.
They are pretty helpful, but when I had to have my house re-keyed the put the order with a company in a completely different town 90 miles away. I had to change all of that, change it, and fix it. I mean, they are friendly, helpful, and very courteous. It's just that I think there was a miscommunication or maybe they just rushed and things got flipped around. I also got the email where they tell you the process and contractor and all that kinda late. That was a bit annoying, but other than that it was good.
Landmark Home Warranty has exceeded any expectations! Being a single female homeowner, they have given me such piece of mind! Being able to call them in an event of a problem is really awesome. They techs they have sent out have come fast and on time. Have had the best experience, so much that I have purchased a 2nd year. Recommend Landmark Home Warranty!
