Our air stopped working, so I called Landmark Home Warranty, and they had a local AC company come out as quickly as possible. Landmark followed up the whole way, wanting to know when they got here, and if I was satisfied with their work. It was just very quick and very helpful. It has been fantastic! They've been so helpful and very responsive.
There's really nothing to tell, they've done great. They got people to the house in a timely manner to fix my AC when it broke.
I chose it for my mom since she's on the real estate and property management business. They are really responsive, get everybody out here as quick as possible, and they resolve our issues without any problems. We've had them work on my mom's refrigerator when the ice maker stopped working and on the garage door opener. The people they brought up did an excellent job on the repair job and did it quickly.
We are having some electrical issues, some wire went out or something. They have someone that can come take a look at the issue and fix it. So far, it has been perfect. I haven't had any issues.
They answer all my questions, and when someone doesn't get things done they tell call me and notify me that they'll change the contractor. Customer service makes sure that everything is done right and in a timely manner. So far I've used it 5 or 6 times for things like a stain on my refrigerator and a leakage on my sink. I did have one bad experience, but they made it all right and rectified the situation. I do think that the fees could be lower, but it's not too bad.
Their customer support is very good, very supportive, fast, very courteous and very helpful. When my air-conditioner went out, I got online at night to file a claim, and they had fixed the issue by noon of the next day, so everything went pretty smoothly.
So far they've been very attentive and have good follow up. I went through the process of ordering an inspection, and the company they assigned scheduled an appointment for us. They pretty much followed the plan as they said they would. They took a day or two to diagnose and asses the problem. Then they checked to see if it was covered or not. If a problem was ever not covered, they would explain why. They're just really good about following up with you through emails or phone calls.
It has been really good, we've used it a few times. They usually get things done pretty quickly and so far all the contractors have been great. I recently submitted a request online and got an email with the contractor's info shortly after. They came and it was all good.
They have been very helpful and very quick to respond to our requests. I had a capacitor go bad on my air-conditioner and I called them. They sent a service guy out within 24 hours and got it fixed.
