Very responsive . Will definitely be buying another's year protection
The service was included much like the mortgage vendor I used when I bought my house. There have been a bunch of times where my water heater had leaks and in the end they had somebody out to replace it the day after I called them. I haven't had any problems with them. Every time I call they have been really prompt, courteous and professional. The warranty has covered everything I have needed.
So far it's been great. The first time I used the service was for the re-keying of my house, and it was a very prompt response. The second time was a bit more prominent of an issue, I'm actually still waiting for the contractor to come out for that.
I have called Landmark twice and both experiences were very professional, plesant and repaired. That's the service you want to pay to receive.
They've been very supportive and helpful. When we first move in, I had all the locks re-keyed so I used their service for that. Then my dishwasher went out and I was able to use the appliance repair service to get the digital box repaired. They were just very easy to use and helpful.
The service has been very professional. The people are easy to understand and talk to and they manage to be both professional and compassionate for the homeowner. One of our experiences was with a toilet that was not working properly, so we called Landmark. They sent out a company to look at the problem and repair it. The bottom of my pool filter cracked, so Landmark sent over a pool company to replace the filter, and everything went well. Also, customer support has been really good, and very prompt. They work to get somebody over that can help us, and I appreciate that.
So far so good. They always respond to me if I call or leave a message, and they always try to get back to me within the same day. They do the same thing with their emails and I never have a problem in getting a hold of him. Once the air-conditioner was not working and they called for a contractor to come out. The home owners that we bought the house from had it and we decided to just go with it. It was such a good service and deal that once the previous home owners' contract ran out, we paid for the service ourselves. They have been very responsive to our needs and very timely.
