Customer support was right on it! They answered every question I had, returned my calls, and they just took care of everything. I changed my locks at a very affordable price, and I'm just glad I have them.
They have a quick service. When my pool wasn't working, they got the pool service company out here really, really fast. They have someone for everything and the price is good. It's a great service.
They are available all the time. They pick up all our calls and get back to us right away if I have a question or anything. We called them when our dishwasher broke down, I think the seal went out on it. The technician came out right away and Landmark followed up afterwards to make sure everything was moving along. They have just been very nice and consistent.
So far it has been really good. They are great about keeping on top of things and following up to make sure that the repair people did their job. I've had to use it about 3 times since the contract started and they've brought pretty good service people. They're a pretty solid company and we're very happy with them.
I went with Landmark because it looked like it had the best coverage for me. The customer service people are very helpful and they're amazing. They're very polite, and they want to help. My air-conditioning went out, and I live in Arizona. They were quick, they were honest and they were very supportive.
Two issues and both were handled quickly and with good service.
The contractors they've selected have been very professional, and took care of things very well. We're very pleased with them. Also, their support team is very responsive. Our A/C went out just recently, and they tried to repair it. What was really needed was a full replacement, and that just delayed the process.
We had a water heater burst and had some wall damage internally and externally, and they fixed it. Besides, their customer support was just fine.
I just moved in, so I used the just for free season air-conditioning check. It was actually very good. They were on it, and the communication was quick and good. Overall, they offer a very good service.
