Some of the aspects of the fees are not very clear. I have a credit on my account but there's no place online that I can find that credit. I've been trying to renew using that credit, but my husband and I have had to leave messages for them, rather than having enough agents to be available to talk to.
I had my furnace serviced since there was a problem with it. I contacted the warranty service and they helped me. I don't have any issues with them and they responded to my inquiry.
It's been very good. I've had 4 claims, and they were able to solve all 4 in a timely manner. They have quality people and quality contractors. They fixed our problems within probably 45 minutes, so their timing on that was very fast. I would definitely recommend them.
It's pretty good. They answer your questions when you call, tho they seem to do what's in the best interest of their efficiency rather than the customer. I've used the service a couple of times and the work has been performed well. The companies that they use are also pretty good.
Customer service was very helpful and they did their job well. Once we called them because the microwave was not working, so they came and fixed it.
They've been excellent. The air conditioner went out one time and they were able to dispatch a service company out here. They did the job rather quickly and all but there were a few problems. When they came out and repaired the unit they said they would come back the next day because there was something else wrong with the unit. They were here later and I had to pay them again. But that wasn't Landmark's problem, they're good, but some of the contractors they deal with aren't... They need to keep a better eye on that.

Everything with their customer service is very professional when it's planned. They've offered a very positive experience.
They're pretty good when you call and tell them what's going on. They get a hold of someone very quickly, and that's pretty helpful.
