They're ok. My dryer quit working after we moved in. They came out here, took a look at it, and fixed it. It was pretty good, they were pretty quick.
This is the service that we've used since we got our house. Sometimes I get good customer service and sometimes I don't. Last time we used the warranty it was because we had pest control issues. I was happy with the service that they gave us, but I wasn't happy with the fact that we could use it just once a year.
I switched to Landmark after a claim with another company didn't work. They waived the 30 day waiting period, I put the claim with them and in the first two days they covered it. They were just great. When I phoned out they looked for a technician right away and they were out there the next day.

I bought my home in May 2016 and the people that lived there had the warranty, and since it seemed like it worked for them I got it too. I only ever called them once when my garbage disposal broke down. It took a while to get everything organized because they were 30 or 40 miles away from where I lived, but it worked out fine. They have always been good and professional, attending to our needs. We've used our warranty quite a bit, and they always handle our problems professionally. We always get a prompt service and it has been a good experience all the way around.
For the most part they have been very responsive. I haven't had any issues with them. Just this week we had to call them because we needed something to be replaced. The service was very good and it exceeds my expectations in terms of what is covered. The response time has also been impressive. Even their vendors call us right away and Landmark follows up with us to make sure that the appointments have been set
I chose them since the cost for a month was less compared to others. Whenever I've called they have been available all the time. When the garage in my rental home had an issue I called them and they were able to send me a technician to fix it.
They've been there every moment, helping me when I needed help fixing something. My sink wasn't working once because it was leaking, and they helped me get it fixed.
