We found it through word of mouth. They've been very good, prompt, and very cordial when we call with our concerns. Just recently, I needed to use the warranty for an issue with my refrigerator. They got a company out to me within a day and the service that was provided was great. My refrigerator was back up and running quickly and everything worked out great.

Our kitchen faucet and the bathroom toilet was leaking, so we called them, and they sent out a person to take a look at it. They ordered the parts, fixed it, and payed for it. They did a great job, I haven't had a problem with them.
They are pretty good at getting back to you and getting a contractor out quickly. But I'm gonna say that some of their contractors are better than others. There was this one contractor that we used on our pool that we asked Landmark not to send again. The good news with that is that Landmark did that for us. They ended up servicing our pool pump and heater, as well as a couple of things in the house.
The contract itself has many choices to pick from and I got the one that covers everything that we have in the house. We have used it once when we purchased our home. Landmark got a hold of the local vendors and made arrangements for them to come out and re-key it. They did that in a short amount of time. We've had no hustles or miscommunications so far.
We got it when we purchased our home. Whenever we speak to somebody from Landmark it has been very good. I used the service to check the dishwasher since it had stopped running and water wasn't flowing. I asked for someone to come out and the person came out and took a look at it. There have been times when our contractor was assigned an everything but never showed up.
They are professional and respond quick to my needs.
Follow up is timely, they are very professional, and the companies that they send out are good quality. When we had an issue with the refrigerator we just called them and got a company out here within 2 days. They diagnosed the problem immediately and were able to fix the appliance within 5 days of the initial call. It's just the best customer service.
