So far it has been ok. We needed it last week and they were here on time. They fixed it and it was great.

The first time I called them, the company they tried to hook us up with had terrible, terrible ratings. The second company they referred us to also had terrible ratings. I talked to them afterwards to ask them not to hook me up with vendors that have terrible ratings. In the end they gave me the name of another company, I checked them out while I was on the phone with them, and they were good. I was familiar with the service and the local representative. They have responded quickly to my needs, like when I had a plumbing issue. The service covers my needs and my real state customers seem to appreciate it too.
Customer Support is just fine. The furnace wasn't working properly once so we called them and tried to schedule something during the weekend. They were there first thing on Monday and were able to help us with that.
I would say their support team is very fast. I haven't had any problems with them, and would definitely rate them excellent!
Customer support has been fantastic and very helpful. So far the only thing I've had to use my warranty for is the rekey service and they were great. The vendor that they found was very quick and reliable. It all worked out great.
The service came with my mortgage and so far they've gotten the job done. Last time I needed to use my warranty it was because of my stove. I called them up and they arranged for a vendor to call me. After he did he came out and fixed it. That was it. He was perhaps the best service man I have ever encountered. The only thing is that the service is too expensive, but it's good.
I rated that way because I don't think there should be a long approval time to get something fixed. My family and I live in Arizona where our summers are 100 plus and we had to wait 2 days get our air conditioning fixed because of your guys waiting time.
