I've only had to use their service once and they were very informative and prompt with their scheduling. It was just for a re-keying and they just scheduled someone local to come out and that was it. They seemed like a good company when they came.
They've actually been awesome. We've used them three times since we moved into the house and I have no complaints whatsoever. They've done everything and anything to help us out in every way. We used them once for the plumbing because our toilet was leaking. We used it for the refrigerator as well and a light fixer that fell from the ceiling. They've been nothing but excellent.

Our realtor suggested we get it after we bought the house. They have been helpful and quick, always on top of things. I've only used it once when we first moved in because we were having issues with our furnace. All I had to do is call them and set up a time for someone to come and check it out. It all worked out great for us. So far it's working well.
We went with them since they were the only ones available at the time. Most of the time, I get them right away and things get fixed in a timely manner. I don't like the fact that they charge me the service fee before the contractor has even made it out. It also seems like that fee keeps being raised every year.
We bought our house about two years ago and the realtor had Landmark set up for us. After our time was up, we decided to just stay with them. We had some bad experiences with them in the beginning. For instance, my brand new washing machine would overflow when we first moved into the house. I think it was the pipes that were clogged, so I contacted Landmark and they sent out a plumber to run a snake and everything to try and clear it. I've only used the warranty once, and they did a great job! They were obviously very busy because we expected them for 2 days, but the technician was very professional. He got the job done as quickly as he could, and we got our A/C working just fine after that.
Excellent customer representatives, fair price, good value
When I call them they are generally helpful, but if I try to contact them online sometimes I don't get any response. We have used the system just a couple of times. Most of the times it has been to get our furnace a yearly check and service. Every other time we have tried using it, the things that needed fixing were not actually covered. Because of that, we are not renewing our contract.
