When I called to schedule service for my refrigerator they were quick to get it set up for us. When the service was done Landmark followed up to make sure it got fixed.
It has been good. We've had 2 claims with them. Very recently we had one about a faulty dishwasher. We didn't really like the outcome of it, but they were efficient and it was okay in general. We had to buy a new dishwasher because at that point they wouldn't cover it but it wasn't terrible. When they helped us with our AC issues, it was excellent. Since we live in Texas, AC is important, and so the guy came out really quickly and was very effective. Service was good on that occasion.
Customer support has been good. There were times I called them or went through their online portal and they've always been very responsive and friendly. One of the times I used the service was when I noticed a leak in the back of my garage. I decided to call Landmark and use my warranty, and they sent someone to look at it. I have only had good interaction with them, no problems.
Been with them for years. Much better then a shield or some other warranty company that always looked for a reason not to cover something.
Our house was so hot that the renters in our house had to go to a hotel! Landmark has good customer service, and they've sent out good companies to fix our A/C numerous times. It's not their fault though, our system is pretty old, but the times they've sent someone, they've been thorough, very nice and always got to the bottom of the problem.
Prompt response, I used internet forms for service.
To be honest, I've been quite satisfied with their representatives. They're pretty good in communicating and they're prompt. Although the actual repair takes a little longer to take place, overall, they're a good company.
They solved my complaints quickly, and overall, did a good job.
