Things went smoothly. Was able to get the parts quick and everything serviced
I've used them twice and both times they've gone above and beyond what I thought was the best service. I really enjoyed it and they were very easy to deal with. My microwave quit working once, so I called them and they sent out a tech out. He said the situation couldn't be fixed and they ordered a replace instead. They reimbursed me after it was replaced.
Generally very good. But, sometimes they just right an item off instead of fixing it.
My experience with them has been pretty positive. We have used the warranty probably 10 or 15 times and every time it has been pretty effective. It has saved us a lot of money. Of course, I think it's obvious that there are limits on the amount of money that they will spend on any one particular device. It would be nice if they told you those limits upfront, that would be more helpful for the consumers.
I am happy with everything that has been done. I've had 3 different issues, and I called them all up at the same time, so the technician came over. I was only charged once, which was $50 I believe, and he was able to get the parts I needed. I would actually consider renewing my contract with Landmark Home Warranty in September. Although I will check other companies, I've been pleased with them, so that's a good thing.
When we have had any problems with our home they were fast to set up an appointment. The contractors that have come out to do the repairs have done a fast thorough job.
Any time we have called for service they are quick to answer, curtious, and respond appropriately.
It was one of the two options that my mortgage gave me and it was the better of the two. I've used it for my AC since the blower just went out. I called them and they got someone to contact me and schedule an appointment. It all happened within a day and after they followed up with me. It was a very short turn around. They've been super helpful so far and it seems like a pretty good deal so far. The only thing is that I would like them to improve on their transfer procedure when they get you a contractor.
