They are always prompt on getting someone out to fix our home . As first time home owners this has been a life saver when something unexpected comes up.
I chose them because it had a reasonable price and good reviews online. They've been pretty responsive. Once my AC unit was acting up and since it was under warranty, I gave Landmark a call. They made an appointment for me, reached out to the subcontractor, and the subcontractor just came out here to fix the issue. They have been good ever since.
Took forever to get someone on the phone, but once we did it was smooth sailing.
Somebody came out took care of my stove pretty quickly, and that just made me feel like we got our money's worth for that. It's nice to know upfront what I'm going to pay and what the service includes. they've actually done a good job with getting a contractor out here pretty quickly. On top of that, Landmark's customer support is very polite, and They're great with getting me the information I need.
I would refer them; their representatives were very good.
I had one issue and they took care of it efficiently and did exactly as I had hoped. They only get 9/10 because of their incessant calls when it was time to renew.
The service came with the purchase of our home. They have great customer service and cover all the major things in our home. We've used it to fix our garage door and we had no problem with them.

We had just moved into the house and I noticed that one of the plugs was flipped in. So, they got a person and someone authorized the work, and it got fixed. They call and follow up daily to make sure things are handled to your satisfaction.
