My experience with them has always been positive. I've used the service several times and they've always gotten someone to me right away. I think they are a good company and do a good job.
We didn't really choose them, but they have been helpful. They answer my questions and fixed our ice maker when it broke. They got someone to come out to do that the very next day. The warranty covers most things, but there are some that are still not included.
We had an HVAC failure and 107-degree weather in Arizona; they had a technician here the next day, they had it repaired, after ordering parts by the following week. I think that was outstanding in this kind of weather. Excellent customer service so far; nice people to talk to. It was originally offered by our real estate agent.
They've been excellent, I haven't had any complains. They've taken care of my requests multiple times and very quickly.
The only time I've dealt with them was when my AC was not working. This happened before I moved into the house and they were helpful and very respectful. They had someone there to take care of the problem the very next day. The only thing is that when I bought my warranty I didn't realize that some of the things I needed covered were not. Though that was my error.
The actual company, Landmark Home Warranty, is great. They're great to work with; plus, they're knowledgeable.
They've given us some excellent service. They are very prompt, respond immediately, and they deal with the problems right away. We've used it several times, and just recently my garbage disposal died on me. They sent somebody out that came very quickly and within 30 or less minutes we had a new one installed and ready to go. I had a microwave that just quit working so I called them. They then called some people that did that kind of thing and they got in touch with me to set up a time. They came out, fixed it, and it was all cleared off. It was pretty easy and they did it all well.
They are fast, honest, and pay their fair share.
