My experience has been very positive. I had to get my locks replaced once, so Landmark put me in contact with the local locksmith. They came by and provided excellent service.
Every time we've had a problem, I can either call them, or go on their website and put a service request. Within 24 hours, most of the time they already have assigned my request to a provider. Overall, they've been great. We've never had any complaints, and we love the quickness of the service that they provide.
They were very good in honoring their warranty and coverage. They cover tune-ups on pumps, send me out tips that help me with how to do service on my own appliances, and how to make them last longer. Their customer service is very good. Last time I needed a warranty coverage from them was when my water heater started leaking. They purchased a new water heater for me. I'm satisfied with it.
Their customer service is nothing but wonderful. They're very easy to do business with, and they were very prompt. Just about 3 or 4 weeks ago, our air conditioner stopped cooling, so we called on a Monday. We had our A/C working just fine by 8:15 of the next day. He fixed it in 15 though, so I think they could've done better. Besides that, they've just been very easy. Our home is 10 years old, and the things that had been needing repair are expensive items. It's been a blessing to have their service.
Verycourteous and prompt service always?
After noticing a problem with my furnace, I filed a claim online with Landmark. I was emailed an update within 12 hours by them. They sent my info to the contractor who would be working with me. The contractor contacted me almost immediately via text and a phone call. They were at my home the next day. And, after purchasing a replacement part, my furnace was running perfectly a couple of days later. I couldn’t be happier with the contractor they assigned to my claim.
