They do an amazing verbal great job and stand by their agreement. However, wish the vendors they pick any return for the same issue , landmark would then honor it.
It's easy to use, avoid the hassle of spending a lot more time & money to find your own possibly unreliable contractors. Wish it offers more coverage or/& fewer exclusions. Need have more contractors in small cities, such as Collège Stations.
Every time I've had a service scheduled online they get things done quickly and I'm satisfied. So far I've only used them to repair my AC units. One of them broke and the guy had to come 3 times till it was fixed. For the downstairs unit a different contractor came. In that case, Landmark covered the replacement of the motor, which was the faulty part. It's been a great experience so far.
the only experience we've had with Landmark was when we needed to change the locks of the house. For that particular experience, customer service was good. It's all been favorable.
Every time we've used it, we've had really good service and they repaired or replaced the appliance that wasn't working. I just don't like their automated answering service.
Customer support is awesome. We had several appointments with Landmark regarding things like our water heater, water softener, plumbing, etc., and the experience has been positive.
They are very knowledgeable and also friendly. They sent someone out to change the locks in our house when we called them for that.
10 stars if they did a full brand replacement, not just a standard unit of some items.
The service is good. I've used it twice, first for my oven and then for my garage door. Both of them went fine. I would recommend it.
