Everything has been great so far. Recently, the AC unit stopped working and they were able to get someone to fix it in a few days. I'm really happy with the service.
I like the value it has, and the fact that it gives me a peace of mind. Their customer support has been really good, and it was a good investment for my home.
They are always polite and never question why I call them. They give me feedback and inform me to the best of their knowledge on what's going on. They came once because the air-conditioner was not blowing well, and the air was not going through the vents. The people that came were alright and assessed the situation, though I'm not sure I'm all that happy about paying for just that. Still, they have been very nice and reputable, it has been a pleasure.
The service was included with the home we got, either from the mortgage or included with the sale, I can't really remember which one. So far customer service has been very friendly and efficient. When we were having issues with our plumbing I just called and we were able to get someone out here on the next day. I know that there's better plans than the one I have, but the cost of the one I have is the best I can pick.
My husband chose it, and we've only had to make a claim once. It was for a pool repair, and they handled it very efficiently and were very thorough.

Landmark Home Warranty was one of the better warranties in my area, so that's why I chose them. Customer service is really great! They helped me, answered all of my questions that I had, and made it a very easy process. My water heater and A/C broke, and they had someone come out within a week or two, depending on the company they hired. It all worked out very easily. They are just so positive!
I'm a realtor and I've had many clients that have had good experiences with Landmark, so I decided to just go it it. It has been really easy to use, just the other day I used it for my water heater. I put in a request online and somebody was in touch with me within just a couple of hours to set an appointment. It was really handy.
They pretty much just take care of business and I haven't had any problems. When we moved into my home almost a month ago, we needed a filter for the pool system to be replaced. We had just gotten Landmark's service, and they just came out and took care of the claim. That says a lot about them because they did it right away even after we had just started with them.
