It has been great so far, we've had no problems. When we need the service we just call them, set up an appointment, and everything usually goes according to what they say.
One of the motors of our A/C malfunctioned, so Landmark set up an appointment with a pro technician, and he came to my house and fixed it. It was pretty easy and simple, and that's it! It's a good company, and I would definitely recommend it.
So far, I've had them on right on top of the problems and they've fixed everything. The major issue we had was my garage door opener which was faulty, so it was replaced. The representative from Landmark that I've talked to has responded quickly and has been very courteous and pleasant. I'm completely pleased with it.
My husband has been dealing with them most of the time. I think they usually have the contractor here pretty quickly. Our water heater was leaking so I called them. I received a call back and 3 days later they came out and fixed it. On a different occasion our air conditioner broke, they came out and it was fixed in a couple of days.
I had my warranty on a refrigerator and they were able to get a technician out and get the refrigerator fixed for me. It was very simple, very quick, and their customer support people provided us empathy and were able to get everything situated quickly. We chose them based off of reviews we had read.

The service is pretty easy to use. You can do it either online or through the phone and they're nice. I went online once to file a claim and they just called me back and set it all up.
