It has been very good. At the end of August our air-conditioner stopped working. I was miserable for about 4 to 5 days, but they finally came and fixed it. We renewed for a second year after the first expired.
Easy to work with and there vendor's are great to work with as well
The service was highly recommended by a satisfied customer. Ever since we got it, they've always been extremely helpful and efficient. I've used Landmark a number of times and I have been extremely satisfied. Last time I was having issues with my AC and they were able to get me a contractor to help me immediately. I'm just happy with them and will continue to use them.
90% of the time, they respond to my needs on time and they follow up. Recently I had to call them because something in my hot water tank, a recirculating motor, went bad. They came out, were right on time, and did what they needed to do. The problem was fixed and they cleaned up after themselves. I've also use them twice a year to come out and give maintenance to my air condition and heating. There has never been a problem and they always get things done.

I chose Landmark Home Warranty because of their easy access and price. Their customer service is pretty, they usually accept the problem and get a person quickly.
Everything has been great so far, including their representatives when I called. They're really courteous. The only time I wasn't happy with them was the first time I had to use it. They gave me a number to call, and the guy barely spoke English, and I don't think he understood what I told him.
They have been pretty good at responding quickly and getting somebody to get back to us. There have been a couple of times when we had our washing machine break. It was uncomfortable to be without it for a couple of days. They were pretty quick in getting somebody out here with the part needed to fix it though.
