Land Mark was amazing! They were fast and easy to contact. I had never made a claim before and they made it a breeze. The Contractor they hired was professional and also fast. I had put off getting my over fixed because I dreaded making the call! How silly I was! Worth every penny.
It's been a pretty good experience so far. Both of the claims I've had were done quickly and efficiently.
I've used it to re-key my home since it had been suggested. I didn't want the previous owner to have a spare key or something, so I just went ahead and did that. Customer service has been really good with every question that I had. They answered them all and really seemed to care about what I had to say. I was really satisfied.
They got the right person for my refrigerator repair and did the job quickly.
After looking at different home warranty companies, it seemed like Landmark had the best deal for the dollar. Usually, they've been quick to respond. They call within 24 hours of filing a claim, so they've done a pretty good job about sending out contractors in a timely manner. We live in Texas, and we were on vacation out of the country when our A/C went out. My sister and mother-in-law stayed at home, so we called Landmark right away. It was on the house when I bought it so I just decided to buy a new policy after it ran out. They are always very efficient with scheduling an appointment and following up with you. One time my air conditioning went out so I called and arranged for someone to come and fix it.
Great to work with and easy to file claims.
All in all, my experience has been positive. My downstairs air conditioning unit was not working during the summer, so I called them. They sent someone out here very promptly and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased.
When I call with a issue I need taken care of, Land mark has just the right person for me.
