It took a while to get my service that I needed done. They had not given my number to the vendor, but that's the only issue I've had. They called to see how things were going, corrected their mistakes, and the result was a painless experience. What made me happy is that the warranty includes plumbing, I thought it was just for appliances in the home.
They're excellent and always helpful. I normally just call them and they come out within a day or two.
After calling them due to an A/C malfunction, they had someone call me within 3 to 4 hours to make an appointment to get it fixed. So far, their customer service has been good.
The service I received at Landmark was very professional and promt !!! Would highly recommend !!!

The warranty came with the house. One time it was a good experience and one time it was a nothing experience. We had a good experience when our microwave died, and they made that right, but when we needed a plumber, we didn't get a callback because the guy really wasn't available. The individuals that answered the phone are very pleasant and tried to be very accommodating but as far as availability of services in your local area, that's pretty dicey. It's a good company that I have actually recommended to another person. They provided me whatever I needed, and I'm satisfied. My experience with customer support was pretty good. They answered the phone and they did a good job. Everything was pretty good because when I call, whoever is in charge there answers the phone, and they send me with the person that's gonna be in charge on the job that they're gonna do, so pretty good on that.
They are prompt and try their best to get you the best service. I had a few problems with the company that was to service the AC today. The problem was quickly solved by Landmark..and we were beyond happy with the results.
My air-conditioner was leaking, and they came out and took care of it within 24 hours. Everything has been extremely positive.
