I've only used them once to have my house re-keyed. I called them and later on that same day, the locksmith came out to do it.
Landmark customer service is quick to respond! I had my repair scheduled within 30 minutes. All the service providers I have worked with through Landmark have been excellent.
We've used them twice and in both cases they've been very helpful. They've helped me replace a garbage disposal and fix a leaking faucet. It has been good and prompt service.
Our experience has been largely positive. Last time we called, about 4 or 5 weeks ago, we had an electrical problem, but they were pretty good. In general, I usually call heir support line and they set me up with a contractor. The contractors are usually pretty good about being here within the allotted time. Though I had two contractors that took an extra long time to get here. Other than that, I was satisfied.
They were excellent. I had to have my house re-keyed when I purchased it. They came and did a wonderful job.
Landmark provided good service and was responsive and hired qualified contractors to help with things that went wrong. When it looked like my dishwasher would cost too much to fix, they just replaced my dishwasher (or rather sent me a check to buy a new one).
They are excellent in some areas but they need to do work on their vendors and also speedup the claim approval process
I had a pool pump go out, so I contacted Landmark and they took the ball and got a hold of a pool contractor. I got an appointment set up and they fixed my pump. They were prompt when I needed them and they followed up well with me. It was all very efficient and effective.
They are always responsive and willing to help me from the beginning to the end of a project. When my water softeners flooded my bathroom and the garage, the set a plumber right away. He replaced the water softener and did it all really quickly and efficiently. I also love the redeem feature that is included in the warranty and will be taking advantage of it in the future. I've had other warranty companies in the past that failed me too many times, but I'm very happy to be a Landmark customer.
