The service came with the house when we bought it and when renewal came up, we decided to stick with it. They are very nice and helpful. We used them when our pool pump broke and they had somebody come out and replace it. On a different occasion, our water heater was leaking and they had somebody come out and fix it. Just now, our air-conditioner broke and I'm on my way home to meet the repair man. It was a smart decision to renew. I would recommend it to my friends.
The service was the best that was available at the time, so we went with it. Customer Service is very good.
Our experience has not been great so far. Their agents seem helpful at first, but after calling numerous times, They're just not there. I've used my warranty several times recently because my A/C was leaking. They came over and blew it out, which caused a lot of damage to the rest of my house. I had to pay a permit because my plumbing wasn't working, and my A/C required more parts, so again, I had to pay another service fee. It just hasn't worked for us recently.
Their customer support's service varies. I've used the warranty several times, and a few times they've been fantastic, but one time went bad.
The only time I've had to use the warranty is when I had to the locks changed in my house, and things were fine. The representatives were informative, and they answered all my questions. Plus, their choice of contractor was kind of easy.
They have been very fast and efficient. They came out to help me when my water heater went out and the work that they have provided has been good so far.
Landmark has been very helpful and timely in providing swift and proper repairs to our A/C system.
When called about a needed repair they were quick to confirm it was covered and supplied us with a contractor who would handle the repair.
Great customer service, prompt response, addresses concerns.
