I've used it twice, and they were able to find a company to come over and fix our issue. It's been fine so far, no problems whatsoever.
They have been great. Though it can be a challenge because they don't have a lot of providers in our area.

The warranty is pretty comprehensive and I think it'll most likely cover the major things that we might need in the future.
We used, right away, the re-keying services that they have. They were here the next day, re-keying the whole house. Plus, the representatives answer the calls very quickly, and schedule whatever is needed.
