I've used it twice, and they were able to find a company to come over and fix our issue. It's been fine so far, no problems whatsoever.
They have been great. Though it can be a challenge because they don't have a lot of providers in our area.

The real estate agent bought the warranty for us when we got our new house. We've only had to call the once for a furnace check up since we wanted to make sure we had it ready for the winter time. I got an email from them with that offer so I decided to give them a call to get an appointment. It's the only interaction we've had so far and it was very good. The warranty is pretty comprehensive and I think it'll most likely cover the major things that we might need in the future.
We used, right away, the re-keying services that they have. They were here the next day, re-keying the whole house. Plus, the representatives answer the calls very quickly, and schedule whatever is needed.
We've only used the service once, but so far, so good. They're very efficient at what they do, so we're happy with it.
They're pretty good and responsive. I needed to check my water heater, so I called the representative. They arranged someone to come and get my heater serviced.
