They've been very responsive each time I've used them. They find the repair people and them out right away. I don't have any complaints about Landmark.
I have always received quick feedback. They were able to schedule a technician to come out and get our air conditioner fixed. Initially, there were some glitches on the website, but they've been great when I've had to use this service.
Every call and every claim has been handled properly and in a professional manner. When it expires, I'll probably renew it as long as they continue with what they're doing.
I just thought that they were a good growing company that's doing good things, so I decided to purchase this service. I've used it a few times, and they've taken care of everything very efficiently. Landmark has always called make sure everything was done properly, and I was happy and they've been excellent to work with.
I've had the service for 10 years and they have been good. About a month ago, the microwave's door fell off and they replaced it. Their response time is very quick and they have covered every problem that I've had so far. They've never rejected any of my claims.
I recently submitted a service call for someone to come look at our pool equipment. After we was finally able to get someone, they told us what the problem was and Landmark would be calling us back. After no one called us we called back and they said that the bearings had to be replace. The bearings was covered under our policy but it look like since it was due to misuse, they wouldn't cover it. My hot water heater has been out for over a week now and no one seems like there is any rush to get me a new one. The people in Jordan at the office are nice but they are at the mercy of the ins. Company which could care less about good service. Bob kaplan
I had Landmark Home Warranty for a little over 3 years. In that time I had an issue with a main like blockage in our plumbing and they would not cover it due to a lack of access. We live in an older home and because there was not easy access for them, the company was going to charge us $3000 dollars. We shopped around for another plumbing company and they easily found the access point and fixed the issue for $70. This company is one of the worst out of a very bad segment of home warranty companies. They take forever to service anything 90% of the time. My average has been 3-4 weeks and those are business weeks. This is not due to parts most of the time as this is their standard excuse as to why their lead times are so long. They will send one company out approve the repair and then 3-4 weeks later when you've heard nothing they will say oh we need to send another company out complimentary of course charge you for it and they deny the... read more
