The customer support has been very responsive and quick to help. They sent out a technician very quickly when my washing machine stopped working. He came back with new parts, and that solved the problem.
They take a really long time to actually get to the problem. Every time you call them, you have to verify the information, and they have to read it back to you, even if you did that 10 times already. With that being said, they happened to be very fabulous. I've never had an issue with them following up on contractors for me. We had a difficult time getting a hold of somebody, but they had the job done. They did a good job with our air conditioner when it needed to be service. Pus, they have a good reputation.
I've only had two experiences with them and so far they have been good experiences.
To be honest, I've always been skeptical of home warranty companies, mostly because of things I've heard and read about. However, Landmark has been a pleasant surprise. I had problems with my air conditioner, and I went through the normal process of having somebody come out. It turns out it was a die compressor that was not working, and Landmark paid for the entire air conditioner to be replaced.
Easy to open ticket using the web page. Two times I needed to request a dispatch received a good service from the companies sent.
They have helped me every time I have needed them
When I needed to replace a water recirculation pump, Landmark provided a name of the contractor to call. When the contractor told me they couldn't go to my house, Landmark immediately gave me another name, and that guy came out and did everything perfectly. There was great follow up to ensure that the problem was taken care of, and I was very impressed with that. Overall, it was an excellent customer support.
We needed to use warranty on our air-conditioner, and do the start up on it. What it needed was more Freon, and they were able to install it effectively. Speaking to their representatives was very good. They were on top of any incident that came up, and had it resolved very well.
