I filed a claim with Landmark regarding my leaking dishwasher. We had the service technician come out to fix what he thought was broken. He repaired a hose with a crack in it, but the dishwasher continued to leak. The technician determined the main seal on the bottom would not seal properly due to a piece not fitting correctly and this problem can not be easily fixed. I was contacted by Landmark telling me this part of the dishwasher was not covered because they considered the broken piece to be apart of the interior lining.... read more
If you are not in a metro area, be prepared to wait ten days or more for the service call due to lack of vendor choices and apparent re-imbursement rate gives you the lowest priority. If a part hasn't completely failed, good luck getting the repair approved, even if the appliance performance is sub-par.
The vendors Landmark is sending to do the work are not competent. Taking 3-4 visits each time and problems are not being solved. After several visits with an a/c company trying to fix a problem and replacing several parts they couldn’t fix it so it cost me 8K for a new a/c unit. Same for my washer. Repair company has made 4 visits and problem is persisting and as of yesterday they left and problem still exists so I am left with having to go out and buy a new washer/dryer. My appliances that are covered under warranty are extremely old and should be replaced and not under warranty
Approval takes way too long, scheduling takes way to long. Operators are difficult to understand.
Problem with A/C unit, first diagnosis missed leak in coil, paid $400 for refrigerant, which was gone in 30days, because of miss diagnosis, compressor failed which then cost me another $550, to fill system, not to happy that there warranty is only good for 30 days
Service calls are terrible. The accounting department is horrible. The only person who has been helpful was Keva P in retention. She is the only reason I have not cancelled my policy. She was compassionate about my experience and genuinely seemed to address my issues. She offered to try to get to the bottom of my account issues and recognized that as a Landmark customer for 8 years I was valued. This woman deserves to be in charge.
