I had a plumber come out and fix my Frig he caused a leak that has gone into my bedroom. When I called service I got someone from Philippines which I could not understand. Piss poor service.

Landmark Home Warranty is a scam, beware of them. Let me explain: I have had Landmark Home Warranty for almost 6 years now and have paid full amount due, yet I am being cheated out of what I should get in return. My water heater leaked, it is covered by my plan, but this dishonest so-called warranty company is practicing fraudulent actions to make me pay $1235.00 (almost 75% of the replacement cost). renewed policy, did not get option to cover pool. Filed a couple claims which were declined. What's the point of having insurance. I will not renew next year.

I have had a few Home warranty companies over the years with good success. Landmark Home Warranty is by far the worst company I have dealt with. They never completely cover your repair costs. Leave items out of cost like the refrigerant for a complete AC replacement (which I had to pay for). Very slow services time for repairs (weeks instead of days). Impossible to talk with the claims department. Beware of this company.

1.) The plumber was over 48 hours late and replaced my robust garbage disposal with a flimsy unit, when I had been told over the phone that this wouldn't happen. 2. I called you to complain and the phone person was not fluent in english and didn't understand me. 3. I emailer customer care and they never responded.

I started my home warranty in the spring and requested a pre-season tune-up. Poor communication prevented the job from happening, and I missed my opportunity for a preseason tune-up. I had to request a unique service other than a tune-up to get a technician to my house. Landmark Home Warranty's contractor did a poor job, so I had to have them fix their shoddy work. Our air conditioner stopped working on August 29, 2022 landmark has been screwing around with ordering a new unit since then and nothing has been done the supervisors that we asked to return the phone call never do we talk to the people that answer the phone line and they give us nothing but sorry there’s nothing we can do we cannot call the purchasing department as we don’t have their number I was we could do is email them and nobody answers the emails terrible customer service. 3 1/2 weeks later we cannot even find out if ... read more
