because the 1st request was not prop[erly done and I had to wait almost a month to get my service worked

The quality of contractors they use are terrible. The telephone response time is ridiculous. We have had our AC looked at several times so we decided to get a company not associate with Landmark out and they said the repairs done were hurting our unit in the long run. Do not recommend Landmark at all.

They are continuously denying claims and sending in incompetent contractors. I recently filed a claim for my air conditioning unit and the person they sent out completely misdiagnosed the problem. I called two other contractors who confirmed it was misdiagnosed and got it fixed. So far they are not covering what they were supposed to cover.

The service wasn't very good. I needed to get my refrigerator fixed 3 times, and they never got it right. I had to call another company to come out and fix the water leak. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Dealing with their customer support was a negative thing at first, but lately, they seem to have gotten it together. they've helped me fix problems that arose because of my appliance's failures.

By the last issue I had. Nobody likes surprises and I feel I was deceived. What's covered and what's not should be clearly defined in 2 side by side columns, not hidden in a paragraph. Consumers don't know all the parts of their ac unit and the take advantage of that. They used to be #1 with me but now I'm not so sure if I will stay with them or not.

They have been helpful, however I'm just not happy with Landmark as far as their warranty. They always charge you on top of their fee and I'm not happy with that. We recently had to use it because we had a plumbing problem. I had to pay upfront for the service fee to whoever came out. Then, I have to pay again to install and do the fix because Landmark didn't cover it. I'm just not happy with it. I'm not pleased with how they operate since I have to pay fees on top of the monthly fees. I'm giving them so much money and not g... read more
