My very first claim with them was a very bad experience. My new water heater just stopped working. I tried to get in touch with them and they wouldn't accept my claim. I actually had to go and work with the home inspector and send them a lot of emails and calls until they finally decided to replace the water heater for me. We didn't really choose them, it came with the house that we bought. We've not been very pleased with it though. Our oven broke once and they had someone come out 3 different times to try and fix it. It's still broken, and they're having someone else come out. So far this has gone on for 3 months and we've been without an oven all this time. We're very dissatisfied with the service.

My realtor chose it, I did not, but Customer Support was good. Our air-conditioning quit working, and I called them, and they gave me the phone number of the local contractor who came to fix it and then Landmark paid the claim.

It has been ok. There have been several instances where we had to use the warranty. When our furnace stopped working, they sent out a contractor who worked on it. Though I had to pay the sixty dollars service fee as well as another fee that I was never told about. The problem is that the furnace turns on but it doesn't heat the home at all, so it's useless. I guess that if you have small problems, then it's somewhat helpful, but if you have big problems, don't expect that they will cover everything.

Couldn't get the job done in a timely matter. I had all sorts of issues getting the compact they sent out to get the job done and they tried to rip me off with the out of pocket cost.

We've used the service several times for air-conditioning and appliance repairs. They've covered everything that the contract says they'll cover and have never disputed our claims.

Horrible. Was told furnace was leaking CO and contacted Landmark. First company came and said they couldn't do warranty repairs, second company came and said the whole thing needed to be replaced and they would order me a new one using our manufacturer warranty. The day comes to install it and they never show up or call. I found out 2 weeks later they never did order the furnace in. Third company comes, shows up and says they weren't told there was a carbon monoxide issue and they don't have a monitor to check the levels. Th... read more

We needed to use it last week, and they sent someone out, but unfortunately they would not pay for the electrical work that I needed. My call and ticket were put on hold, and the people didn't come back for a whole week. They made me wait until the Monday after. I think they should've fixed it the first time they came. I'd eventually like to change companies to someone else with better customer support.
