An excellent care home with very good staff. Certainly quite expensive but residents seem happy and contented.

Family always receive a very warm welcome on arrival. Our family member has been here just over a year and has received excellent care from all the staff. She feels happy and secure in the open, caring environment which is Fairfield Manor. The Bistro is a lovely bright venue which is perfect for sitting and chatting - it is wonderful to see residents, family and staff all interacting together.

The reception is very welcoming and pleasant. The staff appear to be very professional, caring and polite to the residents and visitors.

I have now been here for 2 years and have found the facilities to be very good and the staff good and caring. The food is good and I am pleased to see a little more variety brought onto the menu. The activities are varied but often hampered by changes and shortages of staff. I would also like to see the training room upstairs to be used more frequently. I believe the change of ownership has caused some unease and anxiety but hopefully, this will improve and things settle down.

My mum and dad are in this care home and the care they have received has been amazing. The staff are amazing and the food is lovely they also get a choice. Excellent. Couldn't complain about a thing.
