Seriously....the best car buying experience I ever had! Even my husband who hates even going on to the lot enjoyed the entire process. We bought a Fiat and it is just a cool car! I love the size of it and everything about it. You can buy a car anywhere but the entire team was just amazing at Fiat of Scottsdale! Thank you Fiat of Scottsdale for a great experience! We love our new car! Jerri was super patient while we made up our mind. We got an awesome amount for our trade and Ozzy (finance) was really helpful. There was minimal haggling and once we made up our mind we were out in an HOUR. Woo hoo! We also have also used the service dept for our window tint. They gave us an immediate appt and had our car back to us in a few hours. Thanks for everything!

Came in the buy a used car for my son. By the time I came in their were a few dealer add ons that were not in the advertised price that were a bit upsetting. Overall not a bad experience and sales person Chris was a great guy and not pushy which was appreciated. Would come back again.

I bought my 500L from Fiat of Scottsdale. After I shopped at Bill Luke and was not treated very well I contacted Kristine Jager at Fiat Scottsdale. From the first phone call I knew I was in much better hands here! She was able to work out most of my info over the phone so when I actually went in it was just down to paperwork and on my way. They had some great rebates on 2014 models, and applied them to my loan to help cover what I was upside down on my old car. I have bought two cars from Fiat of Scottsdale and each time the customer service has been fantastic. Catherine is the best and goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered and you are happy with the experience. Purchased the extended warranty which includes oil changes and the service department is professional and prompt. Love my Fiat 500 Sport and Fiat of Scottsdale!

Whoa, Did Scottsdale Fiat just go Pro! Hats off to the wonderful new Service Advisor - Catherine Radogna who hit a home run with me today. Was in for routine service on the Fiat and Catherine went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and very welcomed. Fresh coffee, happy smile, professional greeting and intro set the pace and she never let up. Things were busy today so my wait time was extended. My car buying experience here was one of the best I have had. Started with an internet application and was immediately called by the sales manager. I explained my situation, what I wanted, and most importantly what it would take for me to make the hike out there and buy that day.
